1. Digital Products and Courses
Because of the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products and online courses are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product or course has been accessed or downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchase, and contact us with any questions.
2. Physical Books
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund provided you contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.
3. Subscription Services
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issue with a purchase, we ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we have the opportunity to resolve it quickly and fairly. Please include your order information and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
